That little story became the inspiration for BigBee, my entry in the @honeycomb_prtcl Game Jam. I built this 3D crossy-road adventure that you can play right in your browser.
Here’s what makes it special:
The game has 7 different missions that live on the blockchain, so your progress actually matters. Every bit of XP you earn and honey you collect gets saved permanently — no losing your progress when servers go down or games shut down.
We’ve got this loyalty system where the more you play, the better rewards you unlock. Plus there’s real-time multiplayer racing, so you can compete with other players as you navigate through this immersive 3D bee world.
The whole thing runs on some solid tech: Solana for the blockchain stuff, Honeycomb Protocol for gaming features, missions & logics, @verxioprotocol for the rewards and loyalty, and Three.js making everything look smooth in 3D.
