thought it was mere buzzword hype. till I experienced it my self.
now I haven’t developed any game yet but I’ve tested a lot an I realized
the quality gap between “AI slop” and “actual good” is closing faster than anyone realizes
I’m talking full 3D multiplayer games with working mechanics, decent art, playable loops
one was made by someone who has prolly mastered the act of promoting or another by a designer with zero programming experience.
the barrier isn’t just lowering, it’s collapsing
and here’s what nobody’s talking about: once AI can help anyone build a functional game from prompts, what else becomes possible?
