My history with Nintendo P5
1996 Nintendo 64
The first console I got at launch, went to Walmart and got it day 1. I was so excited. Mario 64 blew my mind how great it play and how great it looked.
And of course in 1998 Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time released. In my opinion still the greatest game ever made. My mom passed away in 1998 and this game helped get through some rough times.
The multiplayer on the system was fantastic, my favorites being wrestling games. The WCW and WWF games were so good and so fun to play. Other games that are favorites of mine are Mischief Makers, Quest 64, and Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire. Some great FPS games like Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, and the Turok series were so good also.
While PlayStation was the king of RPGs, N64 was the king of 3D platformers and adventure games. I thought the co troller was very unique and offered different ways to play.
My 2nd favorite console of all time and will always have a special place in my heart.
