It’s back to broken again, but not because anything is actually broken. It’s broken because I need to reorder the stack and get the flow right.

I made real progress this week. The next step is getting the 3D foyer game to live inside the foyer itself instead of loading during dev and build. In production you don’t land there first. You land on login or wallet creation, then your avatar and wallet page, then the dashboard. From there you explore features and worlds. The foyer needs to load as part of that flow, not before identity and state exist.

I know a lot of you cloned the last repo push. If you want to help, the main focus right now is finishing decentralized, non custodial onboarding, getting multiplayer persistence working properly, and building some actual games to play so we can test the loop. The goal isn’t just to make things run, it’s to get the tech stack flowing in the correct order.

At the same time I’m figuring out the local job board and marketplace features and making sure they actually work end to end. I’m using ChatGPT to generate code locally and uploading as my tokens regen. I’m planning to get a paid account this week to move faster.

I also want to get Clawd Bot running in its own environment so it can operate cleanly without touching the core stack.

Progress is real. Now it’s about structure, flow, and locking this in the right way.
