Somnia’s testnet now has 14 dApps, They cover DeFi, gaming, AI, social media, the metaverse, and NFTs, demonstrating the current prevalence of onchain applications.
Highlights Playground is a web-based tool for creating metaverses.
Standard: a perpetual exchange and orderbook that is entirely onchain. A self custodial MPC treasury platform is called Salt.
AI and social apps: LootMogul (sports fan games), Otomata (no-code dApp builder), ForU AI (tokenised AI avatars), and Sogni AI (decentralised picture generation).
Gaming: Maelstrom (naval battle royale), Lucky Adventurer’s Gambit (onchain RPG), and YOM (AAA cloud gaming network). are designed to take use of Somnia’s quickness.
Additional: MML (open multiplayer technology), Dream Builder (3D NFT builder), and MSquared (multi-metaverse platform). Quills are NFT collectibles that are onchain.
