My Opinion on This Version (Having Already Participated in the 2023 Alpha)
Graphics
For an anime-licensed game, and especially for a beta, the visual quality is outstanding. Given that the game has been in development since 2022, it far surpasses all other anime-licensed 3D action games I have played in the past eight years.
Global Reception
This game is extremely, if not very, very well received in Global. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as:
Stamina System
Some content consumes too much stamina (up to 40 points per attempt).
The daily regeneration of 120 stamina points is not enough.
Bugs and Immersion Issues
Some UI elements disappear for players using emulators.
Certain scenes in Chapters 2, 3, and 4 lack immersion.
Skill System
It seems like the game may introduce multiple generations of characters after launch.
I believe that adding more combat skills and actions (such as jumping or aerial attacks) would bring more real-time strategy and player choice.
Only two skills per character are not enough to stand out against the competition, especially when compared to:Punishing Gray Raven, Aether Gazer
Open-world games like Genshin Impact, WUWA, etc.
If the game releases this year, it will be competing in a new era of semi-open world and full open-world games, such as:NTE, ANANTA, Azur Lane, Breakers: Unlock The World, Arknights: Endfield
The current “First Generation of Characters” includes only three skills (including the Bankai form), which is not enough.
Characters should have up to nine skills, with one main action skill offering two sub-skill choices, similar to:One Piece Fighting Path
My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero
Even though these games are not anime-licensed game, they still belong to the anime culture genre and could indirectly impact the game’s success.
Suggestion:
For the Chinese and global release, adding more skills for SSR characters would be a great improvement.
Audio Issues
There is a one-second delay between character mouth movements and audio (noticed on LDPlayer emulator).
Economy System
The game’s economy should allow at least 100 pulls per month.
If the gacha rate is only 1.84%, including all possible summonable resources, it could frustrate long-term players.
Multiplayer: Co-op & PvP
A co-op and PvP system is essential for long-term engagement.
PvP should not include dupes/character duplicates, and all players should compete at the same power level for fairness.
